Terms of Sale — 72H CHRONO PRO
1. Purpose
These terms of sale govern the contractual relationship between APPS VELOCITY SAS and the Client for the 72H CHRONO PRO digital visibility services. APPS VELOCITY SAS, RCS Paris 798 311 833 00031, share capital €10,000, registered office 10 rue de Penthièvre, 75008 Paris, France, represented by Patrick DE CARVALHO, CEO.
2. Services
Two packages:
- Full Pack: website delivered within 72 hours + 52 SEO/GEO articles per year + company LinkedIn page updated weekly + hosting and maintenance
- Content Pack: 52 SEO/GEO articles per year + weekly LinkedIn posts
Method: content is produced by specialised B2B copywriters assisted by artificial intelligence for research and productivity. 100 % of output is reviewed and approved by humans before publication.

- Single payment or four monthly instalments from order (year 1).
4. Order and Payment
The order is confirmed after online payment (Stripe). Accepted methods: card payment. Bank transfer available on request. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these terms.
5. Commitment and Duration
Initial commitment: 12 months. Full payment or four monthly instalments from order. After year 1, renewal on a monthly or annual basis with 30 days' notice to terminate.
6. Delivery Times
Full Pack: website delivered within 72 business hours (Monday–Friday, 9 a.m.–5 p.m. CET) after payment and required information are received. First article published within 7 days.
Content Pack: first article published within 7 days after access and payment are received.
Schedule: one article per week (52 per year), excluding up to 2 weeks of annual closure.
7. Client Obligations
Provide required information within agreed timeframes. Appoint a single point of contact. Respond to validation requests within 48 business hours.
8. Intellectual Property
Created content becomes the Client's property after full payment. The Provider retains the right to include work in its portfolio. The website (Full Pack) is hosted by the Provider. Transfer on termination is possible subject to €500 ex. VAT technical fees. The Provider's tools and methods remain its property.
9. Warranty and Liability
Professional-quality content is warranted. No warranty of specific results (rankings, traffic, leads). Liability is capped at the amount paid over the previous 12 months.
10. Termination
Year 1: firm 12-month commitment; no early refund except in case of serious breach by the Provider.
Subsequent years: 30 days' notice by email to contact@appsvelocity.com.
11. Confidentiality
The Provider maintains the confidentiality of the Client's information.
12. Personal Data
Processing in line with the GDPR. Data used to deliver services and manage the commercial relationship. Rights of access, rectification and erasure: contact@appsvelocity.com.
13. Governing law
French law applies. The courts of Paris have jurisdiction.
